RadioGATE Shield is a professional wireless transceiver for DMX512 and RDM lighting systems, built for outdoor and complex environments. Using the advanced beDMX protocol based on Bluetooth 5.0, it ensures stable two-way wireless communication with adaptive frequency hopping in the 2.4 GHz band.It supports reliable wireless operation over distances up to 300 meters with a standard antenna — and up to 1500 meters with a high-gain antenna, making it ideal for installations where cabling is impractical or impossible.RadioGATE Shield offers flexible power input options: 110–220V AC or 12–24V DC. Configuration is quick and easy thanks to intuitive push-button controls right on the device — no special software is needed. The unit also protects connected DMX devices using galvanic isolation, and runs silently with a fanless cooling system.The transceiver is housed in a compact IP65-rated metal enclosure, suitable for mounting on trusses, walls, or brackets. Shield series are carefully crafted “offtrack” devices excellent for any outdoor installations under any weather conditions: from Arctic winters to Sahara’s hottest dusty summers, successfully tested for tropicalization to work in the most humid areas. Extensive installations are easily handled by our trademark devices with 2 Ethernet ports which obviate the need of using Ethernet switches.Natural heat convection and moulded 3mm space effective thick metal case with sealed connectors provide highest ingress protection (IP65). All DMX ports are bidirectional i.e. may be configured as inputs or outputs. All ports are galvanically isolated. UltraStart Technology guarantees ready device in less than 3 seconds after power supply. RDM support. Some devices feature PoE power supply (802.15f). Different wall and clamp mounting options.

RadioGATE Guard is a compact, professional-grade wireless DMX transceiver built for indoor or semi-protected environments. Designed around DITRA’s proprietary beDMX technology, it enables bidirectional transmission of DMX512 and RDM signals in the 2.4 GHz ISM band, ensuring reliable wireless control without the need for new cabling infrastructure.beDMX offers exceptional resistance to interference via Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH), with 1600 hops per second, and supports a maximum transmission range of up to 1500 meters with high-gain antennas (300 m with standard antennas). This makes RadioGATE Guard ideal for indoor venues, stage environments, galleries, and control rooms where stable wireless DMX is required.Each device can operate as a transmitter or receiver, and features 1 or 2 coaxial RP-SMA connectors for antenna configuration. DMX ports are fully galvanically isolated and configurable as input or output. The system supports DMX512 and RDM (ANSI E1.20), and can be set up either via a simple two-button interface or an intuitive web-based interface when integrated with Ethernet (RadioGATE Plus Guard variant).Designed for professional use, RadioGATE Guard features rugged IP44-rated metal housing, optional AC or DC power input (110–220V AC or 12–24V DC), Neutrik® XLR connectors, and UltraStart fast recovery after power interruptions. It stores all network settings locally, so once paired, your devices automatically reconnect — no reconfiguration needed between events.
