INTELLIGENT ARCHITECTURAL lighting control SOFTWARE

Design, control, and synchronize architectural and media lighting with precision.
DITRA offers two intelligent software platforms tailored to professional lighting needs — from static scene programming to full-scale pixel-mapped media playback. Whether you’re designing a dynamic façade or managing remote street lighting, our tools give you full creative and operational control.

  • Architectural Scene Design LIGHTFORM STUDIO

Create, edit, and deploy lighting scenarios for architectural façades and urban lighting. Ideal for static and dynamic scenes, with support for DMX scripting, timeline programming, and real-time visualization.

  • Pixel-Mapped Media Playback for Façades LIGHTMEDIA STUDIO

Control large-format media façades with synchronized video, audio, and light. Convert high-resolution media into real-time lighting data and schedule content for year-round playback.

LightFORM STUDIO

Advanced architectural lighting scenario design and control

LightFORM Studio is DITRA’s core software for creating and managing complex lighting scenarios in architectural and dynamic urban lighting projects. Designed specifically for use with the ArchiCORE controller, it enables professional-grade control over façade and street lighting through intuitive scripting, timeline programming, and real-time scene visualization.

This application allows lighting designers and integrators to create sophisticated effects — such as color gradients, waves, shimmers, and scrolling transitions — by combining static presets with dynamic scene logic. Scenarios can include image-based light translations, time-based triggers, and fully scripted DMX sequences.

Once created, lighting scenes are uploaded directly to the ArchiCORE controller’s memory and can be activated manually, on a schedule, or via external triggers like sensors.

Essential Capabilities for Scene-Based Lighting

Visual project layout

Load a site diagram and map your fixtures directly on the object plan. Visual scene placement makes large projects easy to manage and verify

Scene modeling and timeline programming

Design multi-layered lighting scenes using intuitive tools — including fades, waves, gradients, shimmers, and more. Precisely time your transitions and animate zones with full control

DMX scripting and channel management

Write and compile detailed DMX scripts for individual channels or grouped fixtures. Configure overlays, sub-scenes, delay generators, and condition-based transitions

Real-time scene visualization

Preview how lighting will behave using the built-in DMX visualizer. Simulate complex effects before deploying to the façade, ensuring accuracy and design confidence

Remote controller management

Upload your programmed scenes to DITRA controllers from any location. Monitor live status, update scenes, and control outputs over GSM or Ethernet networks

Scene triggering logic

Activate scenes manually, by schedule, or through triggers (e.g., sensors or dispatch commands). Full support for automated sunset/sunrise activation and holiday/event presets

LIGHTMEDIA STUDIO

High-performance media server for pixel mapping, content playback, and large-scale LED installations

LightMedia Studio is DITRA’s dedicated software for managing and delivering dynamic media content to architectural LED systems. Designed to handle complex video, audio, and lighting playback across high-density pixel arrays, this software is the powerhouse behind media façades, large-format displays, and immersive lighting installations.

The platform supports real-time video streaming and conversion over Ethernet networks using industry-standard protocols such as Art-Net, enabling seamless synchronization between media files and lighting fixtures. It’s engineered for use with DITRA ArchiCORE Media hardware and is capable of addressing thousands of individual LED pixels with precision.

Content can be scheduled in advance or triggered manually, allowing for automated playback based on time, calendar events, or operator commands. Whether you’re running a nightly show, interactive city lighting, or landmark projections, LightMedia Studio ensures maximum visual impact and playback reliability.

Essential Capabilities for Scene-Based Lighting

Pixel-level control for large LED arrays

Address thousands of lighting points with different pixel densities, enabling precise playback on façades, towers, and non-linear structures

Video-to-light conversion and content streaming

Convert video files into real-time Art-Net streams, distributing them across lighting systems for immersive media playback

Audio and visual file synchronization

Play back synchronized audio and video files alongside lighting scenes for multi-sensory installations or public events

Automated scheduling and real-time control

Launch scenes based on time of day, calendar dates, or manual dispatcher input — supporting daily routines, holidays, and special campaigns
