Smart DMX and Ethernet converter with powerline support, protocol merging, and IP65 protection

PowerGATE Shield is a universal converter for DMX lighting control that combines several protocols into one device. It supports communication over regular power cables (PWRDMX), standard DMX lines, and Ethernet networks. This allows you to control lighting even in places where installing new cables is difficult or impossible.

The device works with all popular protocols used in architectural and stage lighting: DMX512, RDM, ArtNet (versions 1 to 4), sACN, KiNet, and RTTrPL. It can transmit these signals through power lines up to 400 meters long or over an Ethernet network.

PowerGATE Shield also supports merging different input signals with options like HTP, LTP, AUTO, and PRIORITY. Configuration is easy via the built-in web interface, the ArtGate Setting software, third-party software that supports ArtNet, or dedicated DITRA software.

The housing is made of durable metal and is protected against water and dust (IP65). It doesn’t require a fan for cooling — the device stays quiet and works reliably in various weather conditions, indoors or outdoors. It’s compact and can be mounted on walls, trusses, or other surfaces.
